Brij Kapoor, a native of India, is a leading immigration attorney in the United States and has been practicing immigration, family and patent law since 1976. 

Mr. Kapoor is a graduate of Boston University and the Georgia Institute of Technology where he obtained his B.S. and M.S. in Aerospace Engineering respectively. He graduated from the Woodrow Wilson College of Law in Atlanta, GA and studied Patent Law at Emory University. Before starting his own law practice, he was an R&D Engineer at Lockheed Aircraft and later Patent Attorney.

He was the first ever Indian-American member of the State Bar of Georgia and the first native of India to be registered as Patent Attorney with the U.S. Patent Office. Mr. Kapoor is authorized to practice before the Supreme Court of Georgia, the Federal District and Appellate courts and the Supreme Court of the United States. He is a member of  several bar associations in the United States.

Mr. Kapoor represents individuals and Fortune 500 corporate clients in all 50 states and in several foreign countries.  He is a frequent lecturer on the subject of U.S. immigration and has authored several articles published in professional journals over the last 27 years.
